You’re the best Personal Trainer around, but is your brand right?

You’re the best Personal Trainer around, but is your brand right?

Get your branding wrong and some will never know what a great Personal Trainer you are.

There are a lot of personal training courses around, making it a very competitive environment, but Australian Institute of Fitness is able to separate itself by offering a great product, with strong branding.

You can use both of these strategies in your personal training business. Firstly, it goes without saying that you need to offer the best fitness training you can. That's a bit easier than the second secret to success, marketing. Learning more about how to grow your training business is a great place to start.

Think about Michelle Bridges; she is so well known that her name is her brand. It might take you a bit of time to achieve her success, but you can still use your own name as your brand. You’ll just need to get your name recognised more and more by building your profile up on a local level to start off with through online blogs, a Facebook page, and local radio appearances.

The other approach is to come up with a business name that perfectly exemplifies who it is you are training. If as fitness trainer you are after the weight loss market you should chose a name that fits that, like ‘Fit and Thin Personal Training’.

Whichever way you go, commit to it. Growing your personal training business is as important as servicing your clients.
