1. Get familiar with your local gym or fitness centre
Play with all the equipment and machines to become confident with using them before your course, and it will definitely give you a head start.
2. Schedule in time each week to study
You’ll have scheduled in time for your sessions, but don’t forget you’ll also need time to study and complete assessments.
3. Listen carefully in each session
