  5. Get on Facebook and Twitter as these are great, free marketing tools
  6. Be a doer – get out there and work hard
  7. Have a website if you can afford it, or find someone to do it cheaply

  9. Be open-minded to all fitness activities, instead of bagging the latest craze that people enjoy
  10. Network with people in the industry at any opportunity
