About George
Sport and Fitness have played a huge part in George's life from an early age, and in 2006 he graduated at the Institute's International Campus in Javea, Spain.? Whilst studying for his BSc in Oxford, George gathered experience as a PT in a large premium health club in the city, continuing to work in his previous role as a tennis coach.
After graduating from University, George moved to a Next Generation Club in York and gained qualifications in both boxing and group cycling instruction, to compliment his PT.? George ran his own mobile fitness business in the UK for a number of years and is excited to have the opportunity to continue this in Brisbane, in addition to providing the Friends of the Institute with all the tools they require to be the best!
George discovered a passion for distance running over the past few years and has completed a variety of different half and full marathons in both the UK and Australia.? As well as running, George enjoys playing cricket (despite the inevitable Pom abuse), fitness gadgets, exploring Queensland, tapas and short black coffee!
