Sometimes circumstances and events can change your plans. To assist you we offer:
Change of Mind
To ensure you feel certain about your decision we offer a five calendar day cooling off period commencing on the day of enrolment. During that time if you change your mind and no longer want to pursue a career in health and fitness, you can cancel your enrolment, return all materials and receive a refund on enrolment fees paid.
Change of Circumstance
To assist you with a change of circumstances, if you are no longer able to pursue your career in health and fitness, you may cancel your enrolment after the cooling off period and up to seven calendar days prior to the course commencement and only be liable for 50% of the course cost/investment. If you have already paid surplus to this amount, you will be refunded the difference. If you have paid less than 50%, the difference will be deducted from your nominated bank account or credit card.
Extreme Circumstances
There is no refund for cancellation of enrolment or withdrawal from the course less than seven days before the course commencement or during the course. In extreme circumstances, such as death or disability, an application may be made for special consideration. Such consideration is solely at the discretion of the Institute management.
