Group Fitness Course

Group exercise is one of the most exciting areas in fitness. The passion and the adrenalin buzz generated by leading a group of enthusiastic participants through a fun and effective workout to music is hard to beat. Become a choreographer, an entertainer, a coach and a mentor.

As a Personal Trainer, being qualified as a Group Fitness instructor will give you a captive new client base, an additional revenue stream & the opportunity to train more clients.

5 Day Course Details:
Weekend 1
When: Friday 17th / Saturday 18th / Sunday 19th February 2012
Where: Friday at St Leonards campus and St Leonards Fitness First
             Saturday - Sunday at Mosman Hall and Mosman Fitness First

Weekend 2
When: Saturday 10th / Sunday 11th March 2012
Where: Mosman Hall and Mosman Fitness First
