Fitness First has launched 'Fitness First Outdoor', a new group training program called to replace the more traditional Bootcamp.
No less intense than Bootcamps, Fitness First Outdoor is designed to inspire a wider variety of people to get fit. Fitness First Outdoor instructors will run sessions using a huge range of equipment, exercises, activities and programming, and is suitable for participants with an array of fitness levels. The new sessions are focused on high energy, team work and positive motivation.
There are around 40 training locations nationally and each location will utilise the natural environment available, a Fitness First spokesperson explaining that “training outdoors in parks and on beaches has long been part of the Australian lifestyle.”
Michael Cunico, Fitness First Health and Fitness Advisor, adds that Fitness First Outdoor is a fantastic way for Australians to get active.
“The physical benefits of Outdoor training include increased fitness levels, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone.
“The results gained however are not only physical - with more physical activity you may sleep better, have more energy and in some cases, feel more confident and motivated in all other areas of your life.
“Fitness First Outdoor is a great way to kick start fitness with the aim of achieving a healthier lifestyle.”
Participants don’t have to be a Fitness First member to participate in the Outdoor program, however there is a special rate for current Fitness First members.

Health is a lifetime assets so if anyone want to earn it for his better life then he have to work for it. So does not need a several hours work out, i think one hour is well enough in a day. As we see that life is becoming so busy and people have no time to take their food so how they will manage this one hour in their life, but they want a good health then they have to pay attention. Those fatty acids some times help full from the health point of view.Anyways keep it up and keep continue with your valuable thoughts.

Thank you for adding this! I like it so much! By the way, outdoor exercisers lost an average of 7.43 pounds and 6.17 percent of body fat in eight weeks. That's because, your body is constantly challenged by inclines, declines, and obstacles, It improves the mood and boost self-esteem. I have never experienced anything better than outdoor fitness.
