- How and why of including ball exercises in a PT session, group exercise class or your own health and fitness plan
- Exercise progression and variation
- Experience variety of stability-demanding exercises
- Technique assessment, analysis and correction

- Bridge, Hover, Plank
- Rollaways, knee-tucks
- 1-arm dumbbell row
- Medicine ball with Russian twist
- 1-legged wall & ball squat
- Reverse dumbbell flys
