Adelaide Testimonials
Damian Wall - Class Energizer
The AIF course was not what I expected a classroom setting course to be like. To my surprise it was an AWESOME experience. The coaches were fantastic, knowledgeable, passionate and with each having their own style the content of the course was received and remembered. The warm up games were always fun and brought the group together really quickly. The Angles were always terrific and supportive also. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the AIF for the 2 months. I had a positive and energetic homely vibe hit me every morning I walked through that front door. The guys and girls in the Limitless tribe were absolutely outstanding. I now have 16 new friends who share the same passion for a healthy lifestyle which is awesome!!!!! For me personally AIF put into perspective how I train and why my body does the things it does. Having lost over 30kgs in the space of 3 months but not know the science behind it, I was able to put that all together and now when I describe that to family, friends and clients I do so by not just saying, “it works because it worked for me.” Now I tell people, “Trying this exercise may work for you as I found success with it because what it does is it targets………….” I now have some DEPTH to my reasons. My next step now is to get out amongst the industry and make an impact. I am going to specialise is PT Boxing sessions and also conduct group boxing and fitness sessions and hopefully in the near future I can get a studio operating.
Cameron Bell - The Determinators Class CHAMPION
Training to be a Master PT with AIF was a great experience in so many ways.
From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted with a friendly smile and it feels like you are home.
The culture created at the campus ensures it feels like you are part of something special, like you have a family away from your family. You can see that all who work there create a genuine & warm environment to make you feel welcome, from the time you make your first enquiry to when finish your last practical evaluation.
Special mention needs to go all the Coaches, they do a fantastic job to deliver the course materials in a way that is fun, relevant and easy to understand. The way they mix up the lessons with some information, class interaction, discussion and practical demonstrations ensures that the content ‘sinks in’ and makes you want to learn & know more.
Now that I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer I actually miss my time at AIF, thankfully I have registered for the Massage Course and start that in the near future.
Big shout out to ALL the Crew at the Adelaide Campus, you guys & gals do an amazing job, always with a smile on your face and with so much passion about fitness industry. I wanna work with you all one day.
Monica Boehm - The Class Champion
Hi, my name is Monica Boehme and I have recently completed my CertIIIand IV in Fitness (MT) at the AdelaideAIF.
Coming from a teaching background and being a person who has always actively chosen a healthy and fit lifestyle, I thought I’d combine the two together! The course was everything (and more) I thought it was going to be. The Coaches and all the AIF staff connect with you and make you feel like you really belong. The learning is facilitated in a meaningful, practical and fun way.
What I have learned at theAIFhas really complemented and enhanced my role as a teacher. Working part time, I am now building up my client base and facilitating group fitness classes.
This course is empowering!!! Working alongside clients and helping someone to realise their health and fitness goals is a very special job indeed!! My advice about the course. . . DO IT! It might just change your life!
Ben Tippett - Class Champion for Limitless
I absolutely loved my time at the AIF with the Limitless team. Every day was packed full of tools to give you the best chance of being a quality PT, presented in a fun way that makes it easy to remember.
The AIF introduces you to quality people in the form of Coaches and other Friends who all make you want to jump out of bed to get to class each day and provide an excellent network to work with in the future.
My favorite part of the course was working with my class mates in the gym in a creative way to find new ideas for awesome PT sessions. From this I not only gained an idea of what works well but also formed friendships that will no doubt be life long.
I will always remember Luke’s funny dances, AB’s playlist during tests and Thamsin cracking the whip to push us up the Festival Theatre stairs as favorite sessions as well as Class Energizer Damo’s enthusiasm, Scotty B’s passion, Simon’s humor, Jamie laughing at everything everybody ever said and the 1.2 million Danny/Danni’s we had in our Limitless team.
Mary MacFarlane - Master Trainer from 2011
Mary completed her program in 2011 and is still currently working with SA Police as well as now using her qualification to train herself and 3 clients in between her shifts.
She has started running weekly circuit classes at her home in Eden Hills for her colleagues that have done extremely well.
“I am lucky enough to have a tennis court that enables me to have a large area to set up numerous stations.”
Mary’s husband is in the process of renovating their home gym, which is a transportable building about 20 meters from the main house, to include a shower and kitchenette.
Mary has gone onto do her PunchFit Trainers Course and is now looking at attending the MMA Fitness Level 1 course at the end of the month with some other fellow students from her program.
“I had a fabulous time on my PT course and hope to impart the same enthusiasm for fitness and well-being with my clients.”
Jason Hickman - ATeam Class Champion
I have just successfully completed the Personal Trainer course at the Adelaide Campus, I achieved Master Trainer and had the honour of being chosen as the Class Champion.
The course has provided me with so much knowledge about the fitness industry and inspired me to learn as much as possible.
The highlights of the course were the new people I have met from class mates to coaches to all the Team Players at the Institute.
I am now studying massage at the campus and can't wait to show off my skills I have learnt and help others achieve their goals and live a healthier life.
Marie Peters - Class Energizer, Black Panthers
Thanks to the Australian Institute of Fitness I got a great insight into the fitness world and Iam so excited to finally start my own Personal Training business. I coudn't have come this far without the support of AIF.
Learing at the Australian Institute of Fitness was definitely the highlight of my year. I loved meeting my new friends and most of all getting 'hands on' experience in the fitness industry. It was a great experience to learn in an adult environment but still be able to have fun in every class! My Energizer award was a bonus; because I loved playing at AIF.
Rebecca Eli - eCampus Graduate
I have started my own business (see my business card attached) and that’s exciting, at the Physio’s private studio gym with just 4 clients for December.
But come January and into February, I am booked out! Well as much as I want to be. I have 15 clients, some I see twice a week some just once but given that I only want to work part time it is awesome. Plus I have a ‘waiting list’!
I plan to start outdoor group sessions when the weather cools a bit including morning sessions for mums and babies! It’s all happening and super exciting, so thanks to you and the rest of the team at the AIF.
