24 year old Bashir Youssef is legally blind, but don't hold that against him because you would not know it until he tells you so.
Before becoming a Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness Bashir was working with Vision Australia, a charitable organization helping people with vision impaired disabilities. Self described as a "People Person" he loved the fact that he was helping people.
In 2005 he had his first taste of fitness when he experienced his first PT session with Stan Phani from Fitness First Bankstown. Bashir says Stan has become his mentor. He also started Martial Arts and has excelled in that field. Bashir commends and thanks the Institute to adapting, catering and assisting him with his special circumstances while he was studying at the Parramatta campus.
Currently he is utilizing his master trainer in leading and instructing fitness circuit sessions in his karate classes and starting his own PT business
