When did you start at the Institute?

May 2007.

What do you love about the industry?

You are changing the world. You are able to make an impact and see the difference it makes to peoples lives.

What is your past sporting background?

Speed roller skating (State Champion), Athletics (javelin & discus), rock-climbing, white water kayaking, surfing, body building.

What are you training for at the moment?

Body building, IFBB Grand Prix (International Federation of Body Building, Southern State Championships)

What does your training consist of?

3 hours a day, 4 weight sessions per week, 3 cardio sessions per day.

What sort of weights did you lift at peak training times?

Bench press 180kg, squat 240kg, dead lift 220kg, 32 chin ups.

What sort of diet do you need to maintain?

4000+ calories per day when I am training. Leading up to competing, I eat 2500 calories per day. Mainly veggies and tuna. I spend about $200 per week on food!!
